摘要
文章结合实践,分析研究了目前我国资源型区域经济转型的相关思路,指出资源型区域经济结构调整不断表现出对于资源部门技术和制度变迁路径的依赖,这已经成为了目前实现经济转型的主要阻碍。在我国经济的转轨过程中,各个区域之间的经济独立性更加的明显,区域经济主体地位也更加的突出,客观上要求我国必须进行适应市场经济体制要求的区域经济转型。对于资源型区域经济的转型来讲,创新能力是走可持续发展和实现区域经济转型的原动力。
This paper combined with the reality, analyzed the present regional resource-based economic structure adjustment in China. it pointed out that the resource-based regional economy constantly dependent on sector technology and institutional change path, which has become an important obstacle in the current economic transformation. In the process of transition of China＇s economy, the economic independence between regions is more obvious, the dominant position of the regional economy are more prominent, the objective requirements of the regional economy must adapt to the requirements of the market economy system in transition. For resource- based regions in terms of economic restructuring, innovation is the path of sustainable development and the achievement of regional economic transformation driving force.
