摘要
劳动关系是最基本、最重要的社会关系之一。有效化解劳动关系矛盾、构建和谐劳动关系,首要前提是加强劳动关系问题的观察与研究,准确把握劳动关系状况和发展趋势。特别是随着经济社会的发展,当前劳动关系矛盾已经成为我国各种社会矛盾的主体,加强劳动关系问题的观察与研究显得更加迫切而重要。观察与研究劳动关系,在客观上要求与劳动关系相关的党政、工会和学界等各方,从各自角度和立场出发,深入细致、有所侧重。
As one of the essential and the most important social relations, labor relations need to be observed and researched on, so as to resolve labor conflicts, build up harmonious labor relations, and understand the situation and tendency of labor relations. Especially, along with social and economic development, it is more urgent and important to observe and research on labor relations problems for the government, trade unions and academy from different standpoints and views.
