摘要
结合实际生产,详细介绍了PIR聚氨酯板材连续生产线温度、流量、压力等工艺参数对PIR聚氨酯板材性能的影响,并对产出的聚氨酯板材各项性能进行测试。结果表明:在生产线链板温度65℃、链板线速度3.75m/min条件下,生产的板材性能均符合相关国家标准要求,氧指数为33%,燃烧等级达GB8624—2012分级中的B1级。
In this paper, the process parameters, mainly including temperature,flow and pressure of a polyurethane panel continuous production line, are introduced in detail. The effect of these parameters on the properties of polyurethane panel were analyzed. And the behavior of polyurethane panel was tested. The analysis shows that all properties of polyurethane panel have reached the level of national standards with the temperature of 65 ℃ and the linear velocity of 3.75 m/mln. Polyurethane panel has a limiting oxygen index value of 33%,and the burning class reaches Bl-class as specified in GB 8624--2012.
