摘要
目的 了解糖尿病患者的发病情况,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据.方法 对某医院2004年至2013年间确诊为糖尿病的出院病例进行回顾性调查分析,根据ICD-10进行分类,利用EXCEL、SAS9.2为统计分析工具,对出院病例首页进行检索、汇总分析.结果 糖尿患者数量有明显增加,出院病例数量年平均增长速度是10.99％;男性糖尿病患者人数多于女性;从2007年开始,构成比最高的年龄组从65～岁转变为55～年龄组.结论 糖尿病的疾病负担日益增加,针对病因的初始预防和一级预防应该是糖尿病人群的防治重点,中青年人群可能是防治的重点人群.
Objective To understand the incidence of diabetes disease, and provide scientific evidence for the formulation of prevention and control measures. Methods A retrospective investigation and analysis was conducted on the discharged cases from 2004 to 2013 that were diagnosed with diabetes disease in a hospital, then made a searching and summary analysis on the home pages of the medical records with the application of statistical analysis tools such as EXCEL or SAS 9.2 after a classification according to ICD-10. Results The number of patients with diabetes disease had increased significantly, and the annual al, erage growth rate of the amount of discharged cases was 10.99%. The number of male patients was bigger than female ones. The age group which had the highest constitute ratio had changed from 65-74 age group to 55-64 age group since 2007. Conclusions The disease burden of diabetes disease were increasing daily, initial etiotropic prevention and primary prevention should be the emphasis of diabetes disease, and young and middle-aged people might need more attention.
