静息态功能磁共振成像在内侧颞叶癫痫中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 内侧颞叶癫痫是一种最常见的难治性癫痫。目前临床评估主要目的是定位定侧癫痫灶、观察癫痫网络以及评价认知功能和手术疗效。利用血氧水平依赖静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)可无创检测癫痫活动。本文就rs-fMRI的原理、技术及其在内侧颞叶癫痫、癫痫网络的应用进行综述。 Mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (mTLE) is the most common type of intractable epilepsy. The main purpose of clinical evaluation is to find the location of epileptogenic zone, to observe the epilepsy network and to evaluate the cognitive function and the effect of surgery. Blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) resting-state functional MRI can non-invasively detect the activities of epilepsy. The principles and technologies of resting-state functional MRI, its application in mesial temporal lobe epilepsy and epilepsy networks were reviewed in this article.
