Optimization Design of Packaging Structure with Cushion Function

摘要 目的研究发泡聚乙烯和发泡聚苯乙烯所组成的层状缓冲系统的响应。方法基于试验数据分别得到发泡聚苯乙烯与发泡聚乙烯的本构关系,然后根据它们的本构关系,建立发泡聚乙烯与发泡聚苯乙烯串联系统跌落冲击模型,并运用Newton-Raphson方法得到串联结构的冲击响应。最后,用算例介绍求解最优化串联包装结构的过程,得到最优化包装结构。结果加速度-时间曲线的计算值与试验结果相吻合。结论所提出的优化方法为其他串联结构优化设计提供了参考。 Objective To investigate the optimization design of laminated plastic foam system made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and expanded polyethylene (EPE). Methods Based on experimental data, the constitutive relationships of EPS and eEPE were identified respectively. According to their constitutive models, the drop impact model of EPS in series with EPE was established and solved by Newton-Raphson iteration method. Finally, the solving process of serial packaging structure optimization was introduced using numerical examples, and the optimal packaging structure was obtained. Results The calculated acceleration-time curve agreed well with the experimental data. Conclusion The serial method in this paper offers reference for other serial structures in solving dynamic responses.
