摘要
为评价保水剂在黄条纹金刚竹中的应用效果,采用施入后盆栽控水的方法,研究保水剂对土壤含水量、叶片含水量和电导率的影响。结果表明,使用保水剂处理后,土壤含水量增加,保水剂用量越大效果越好。使用保水剂处理的叶片含水量下降时间能推迟3 d,苗木生长受抑制时间推后。使用保水剂处理的植物叶片电导率升高时间推迟,能有效延长黄条金刚竹的萎蔫点,大约能推迟5-7 d。通过对2011年新植竹种使用保水剂与未使用保水剂成活率的统计,使用保水剂的竹种成活率明显高于未使用保水剂的竹种。
In order to evaluate the application effects of absorbent polymer on the growth of Pleioblastus kongosanensis f. aureostriaus, the pot experiment was conducted under water stress, Soil water content, leaf water content and leaf electrical conductivity were measured. The results indicated that water retention agent was beneficial to increase soil water content. The water content of leaves decreased slowly after water retention agent application. Meanwhile, the electrical conductivity of leaves increased slowly. The wilting point of leaves was delayed about 5-7 days. In 2011, water retention agent was applied to the new planted bamboos and their survival rate was improved obviously.
