摘要
针对被大众所忽视的造纸厂空气污染问题,本文以造纸厂污染空气为研究对象,研制了一套空气污染自动监测系统,力图能够给现场的工作人员起到一定提醒作用。监测系统基于增强型单片机STC12C5A60S2、TGS2602气体传感器、MS1100-P211-S甲醛模块、AM2302数字温湿度传感器和TFT液晶显示屏而设计,具有温湿度检测、VOCs浓度检测、甲醛浓度检测和时钟功能。该研究为后续的造纸厂空气光催化净化系统的研究打下了基础。
In order to study the air pollution issue that has been neglected by the public, this paper developed an automatic air pollution monitoring system which was intended to remind the field workers while the heavy pollution happened. The system consists of STC12C5A60S2 MCU, TGS2602 gas sensor, MS1100 - P211 - S formaldehyde module, AM2302 digital temperature and humidity sensor and TFF -LCD. The system can detect the temperature and humidity, VOCs and formaldehyde concentration in the air. The monitoring system will support the photocata- lyric purifying system for the air pollution in the paper mill.
