城市学龄儿童肥胖与血清高敏c反应蛋白水平的关系 被引量:2

Serum Highly Sensitive c-reactive Protein Level is Associated with Obesity in Primary School Children

摘要 目的探讨在中国城市学龄儿童肥胖与血清高敏c反应蛋白水平的关系。方法青岛市李沧区的2个城市社区人群中入选224例7-13岁学龄儿童,男121例,女103例,平均年龄10.1岁。所有研究对象进行了详细的问卷调查和体检。按照中国学龄儿童超重、肥胖筛查体重指数分类标准,将研究对象分成体重正常,超重和肥胖3组,测量各组血清高敏c反应蛋白水平。结果 23人符合超重诊断,超重率10.3%,18人符合肥胖诊断,肥胖率8.0%。各组对象的血清高敏c反应蛋白水平分别为0.78±0.46mg/dl,1.01±0.47mg/dl,1.39±0.67mg/dl。3组间逐渐升高,差别有统计学意义,与BMI呈线性关系。偏相关分析显示,校正了年龄、性别、的血压、血脂、血糖的影响后,高敏C反应蛋白仍与肥胖相关,相关系数0.606,P<0.001。结论城市学龄儿童肥胖与血清高敏c反应蛋白水平显著相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of high-sensitive c-reactive protein and obesity in primary school children. Methods Total of 224 individuals, with the average age 10.2 years old(121 boys and 103 girls)were enrolled, All participants were personally interviewed with a structured questionnaire and physical examination. We classified all participants into 3 groups according to the Chinese BMI Criteria for screening overweight and obesity in children and adolescents. Results The prevalence of overweight was 10.3% and the prevalence of obesity was 8.0% in 7-13 years old primary school children in Qingdao city. The mean concentrations of serum highsensitive c-reactive protein were 0.78±0.46mg/dl, 1.01±0.47mg/dl, 1.39±0.67mg/dl in normal weight group, overweight group and obesity groups, respectively. there were statistically significant differences in each group. The levels of serum high-sensitive c-reactive protein had a positive relationship with the BMI after adjustment for age, gender, blood pressure, total cholesterol and blood glucose. Conclusions Elevated levels highsensitivity C-reactive protein are associated with obesity in primary school children.
