解读美国烧伤协会关于烧伤患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的指南 被引量:2

摘要 呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)是指原无肺部感染的患者,在气管切开或气管插管行机械通气治疗48h后,或拔管48h内发生的肺实质感染炎症,是机械通气过程中常见且严重的并发症之一。2009年,美国烧伤协会颁布《关于烧伤患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防、诊断及治疗的实践指南》(以下简称《指南》)的目的,在于回顾关于烧伤患者VAP的文献资料,并从循证医学的角度,提出关于成年烧伤患者VAP的预防、诊断及治疗等方面的建议。本文针对《指南》提出的建议结合国内烧伤患者的情况进行解读及归纳。
