血压和同型半胱氨酸对80岁及以上脑白质疏松症患者严重程度的影响 被引量:3

Analysis on the effect of blood pressure and homocysteine on the leukoaraiosis severity in very old patients

摘要 脑白质疏松症(LA)在年龄80岁及以上人群中的发病率高,年龄、血压、同型半胱氨酸等被证实是LA发病的主要危险因素,广泛的脑血流低灌注和脑动脉硬化被认为是LA形成的主要病理机制[1].随增龄,老年人高血压多表现为高收缩压、低舒张的特点,现对收缩压、舒张压及同型半胱氨酸对LA严重程度的影响进行探讨.
