多通道CAN-RS485微机监测通讯分机

摘要 针对铁路站点微机监测站接收来自多个不同类型采集器数据,而绝大多数采集器仍采用技术较成熟的RS485总线,随着CAN总线逐渐深入地铁列车网络发展,RS485总线与CAN总线互联的实现日趋重要。本文提出一种基于LPC2292多通道CAN-RS485通讯分机设计方案,给出了硬件和软件设计。测试结果表明该多通道通讯分机具备实时性高且负载能力强适合不间断运行,对多通道监测有重要意义。 For the railway station receives from many different types of the data collection which still use RS485 bus. The RS485 bus technology is more mature, but with the developing of the CAN bus in subway train network, it is necessary to achieve the interconnection between the CAN bus and the RS485 bus. The paper proposed a design scheme of multi-channel communication substation based on CAN-RS485, and introduced design of hardware and software of the substation. The eXperiment results showed that the substation meets with communication requirements of multi-channel, high real-time performance, strong load capacity, and continuous operation.
