医学模拟教学在急救中心住院医师技能培训中的应用 被引量:7

Application of medical simulation teaching in resident doctor skill training in 120 first-aid sub-centers

摘要 目的:探讨医学模拟教学在急救中心住院医师技能培训中应用的效果。方法将准备去急救中心轮岗的78名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在临床技能模拟培训中心采用医学模拟教学方法进行轮岗前技能培训,对照组按照传统教学方法进行培训。比较两组住院医师的技能考核成绩,同时进问卷调查,了解其对教学方法的评价及适应临床工作的时间。结果实验组住院医师技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(t 值分别为6.431,10.091,12.131,10.501,6.063,4.637;P 值均小于0.01)。实验组住院医师对教学方法中各项内容满意率均在80.0%以上(P〈0.05),明显高于对照组;实验组住院医师平均适应临床工作时间为(5.8±1.23)日,明显低于对照组(11.3±2.31)日(t =13.15,P〈0.01)。结论在临床技能模拟培训中心采用医学模拟教学,有效提高了120急救分中心住院医师技能考核成绩及培训满意度,并缩短了住院医师平均适应临床工作的时间。 Objective To discuss the application effect of medical simulation teaching in resident doctor skill training in 120 first-aid sub-centers. Methods 78 resident doctors dispatched to 120 first-aid sub-centers from 2010 to 2013 are taken as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Skill training before work shift is given to experimental group by medial simulation teaching method in clinic skill simulation training center. Skill training by tra-ditional method is given to control group. The skill performances of 2 groups are compared. In addition, resident doctors are investigated by questionnaire about evaluation on teaching method and adaption time to clinic work. Results Resident doctors in experimental group under medial simulation teaching have performance significantly better than control group. (t= 6. 431,10. 091,12. 131,10. 501,6. 063,4. 637, 4. 254,4. 695,6. 165, respectively; P 〈 0. 01 ). The satisfaction degree of experimental group on all contents is higher than 80. 0% (P〈0. 05). Average adaption time to clinic work is (5. 8±1. 23) days, significantly lower than (11. 3 ± 2. 31) days of control group ( t = 13. 15, P 〈 0. 01). Conclusions Medical simulation teaching in clinic skill simulation training center effectively increases the skill performance and training satisfaction degree of resident doctors in 120 first-aid sub-centers, and reduces the average adaption time to clinic work.
