35例外生型子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗方法对比

摘要 目的通过对本院诊治的外生型剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)结果分析,探讨治疗方案的合理选择。方法 35例外生型CSP的临床资料,按治疗方法分为行开腹病灶切除与子宫修补术的16例为开腹组,行腹腔镜下病灶切除与子宫修补术的19例为腔镜组。结果经腹腔镜手术的术中出血量(190±30)ml,手术时间(65±21)min,术后住院时间(4.7±0.9)d等均显著性少于开腹组术中出血量(240±25)ml、手术时间(82±13)min、术后住院时间(6.7±1.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后血T-HCG降至正常的时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗CSP是十分安全有效的,值得推广。
