摘要
目的:对中西医治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效结果进行研究。方法:选取我院2010年5月-2013年1月期间收治的经过了保守性腹腔镜手术证实为盆腔子宫内膜异位症的患者40例。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组20例采用西医治疗,观察组20例采用中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率100.0%高于对照组90.0%,同时观察组患者治疗后的临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者进行中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症在临床实践中的治疗均有效果,可有效改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
To study clinical effects of the integrative medicine on endometriosis. Methods：40 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given western medicine, the observation was given the integrative medicine. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 100.0%, higher than 90.0%in the control. Improvement of clinical symptoms in observation group was better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine on endometriosis shows confirmed effects, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, is worthy of clinical promotion.
