摘要
目的:总结三草汤熏洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年1月-2014年1月到我院就诊的96例过敏性紫癜患儿,按照抽签法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组48例采用三草汤熏洗,对照组48例实施常规西药治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三草汤熏洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效确切,安全有效,操作简单,值得临床推广。
To summarize clinical effects of the Sancao decoction on infant purpura. Methods：96 patients were divided into two groups by ballot. The treatment was treated with the Sancao decoction, while the control was given routine western medicine. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 95.8%, while in another it was 83.3%with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Sancao decoction was effective with confirmed effects, was safety and easy to operate, worthy of promotion.
