摘要
慢性浅表性胃炎是指不伴有胃黏膜萎缩性改变、胃黏膜层见以淋巴细胞和浆细胞为主的慢性炎症细胞浸润的慢性胃炎,又称非萎缩性胃炎,属中医所说"胃痞"、"胃痛"等范畴。随人们生活节奏加快,近年来本病患病率呈逐年上升趋势。谢文英教授认为胃为阳土,肝为风木,久郁伤肝,肝气横逆,势必克伐脾胃,胃失和降,胃气阻滞为本病主要病机,故临证辨治应从疏肝行气立论,但不能拘泥于此,还应参诊要旨意,依法遣方灵活加减。
Chronic superficial gastritis or non-atrophic gastritis is a kind of chronic gastritis, coming along with non-changed mucosal, lymphocytes and plasma cells, chronic superficial gastritis belongs to stomachache in TCM. Morbidity increased in recent years with accelerated pace of life. Prof. XIE Wen-ying considered that stomach was Yangtu;liver was Fengmu, long-time sadness impaired liver, disordered liver qi impaired spleen and stomach, stomach qi raised; stomach qi obstruction was the major cause, so Shugan Xingqi was important in differentiation and treatment, and secondary syndromes should be considered.
