摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的临床疗效和预后。方法:符合纳入标准的患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,两组均口服阿维A胶囊,外用复方氟米松乳膏,治疗组在此基础上于每次外涂激素前先外用自拟中药煎剂熏泡手足部,治疗1个月后对比疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率达78.1%,高于对照组的56.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不良反应发生率和3个月后复发率对比,两组差异均无统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗掌跖角化性湿疹疗效确切,优于单纯西药治疗,且不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床推广。
To observe clinical effects and prognosis of the integrative medicine on treating palmoplantar keratosis. Methods：68 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases, all groups were treated with oral Avi A capsules and external compound flumetasone cream, based on it, the treatment was given TCM external before the cream used, effects between two groups were compared in 1 month treatment. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment of 78.1% was higher than that in the control of 56.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the difference between the rate of side reactions and recurrence shows no statistically significance. Conclusion： The integrative medicine shows better effect than western medicine solo, has less side reactions and low recurrence rate, was worthy of promotion.
