摘要
目的:评价糖尿病足内治联合外治法的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。各组患者均采用控制血糖等治疗措施,治疗组采用中医综合外治法,对照组采用西医外治方案。各组治疗周期为8周。分别于治疗前后对各组患者症状进行评分及观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为36.7%,有效率为53.3%,无效率为10.0%;对照组显效率为26.7%,有效率为40.0%,无效率为33.3%,治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内治联合外治法治疗糖尿病足疗效确切。
To evaluate clinical effects of TCM external treatment for diabetic foot ulcer. Methods：Totally 60 cases of diabetic foot ulcer were randomized divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. Each group was given blood sugar and anti-infection treatment. The treatment group was given TCM external treatment. The control group was given western medicine external treatment. The treatment lasted for weeks, the symptoms were scored before and after treatment, and the efficacy was calculated after treatment. Results：The markedly effective rate, efficiency and inefficiency of the treatment group was 36.7%, 53.3%and 10.0%respectively. The markedly effective rate, efficiency and inefficiency of the control group was 26.7%, 40%and 33.3%respectively. The grading differences of efficacy between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM external treatment is effective for diabetic foot ulcers.
