摘要
目的:探讨金水六君丸治疗肺肾两虚型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年2月1日-2013年10月1日在焦作市中医院呼吸科门诊诊治的肺肾两虚型患者47例,给予沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂加金水六君丸方治疗16周。对照组只使用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂,分别记录患者服药后每四周的咳嗽发作次数作为观察指标,分别取第一个4周、第二个4周、第三个4周,第四个4周四个阶段的指标,用统计学分析观察值变化情况。结果:金水六君丸方能减少肺肾两虚型咳嗽变异性哮喘发作次数,随着用药时间延长作用较好。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金水六君丸在改善肺肾两虚证患者临床症状方面有显著作用,并能减少哮喘的发作次数。
To investigate clinical effects of Jishui Liujun Wan on treating variant asthma. Methods：47 patients were given salmeterol plus fluticasone aerosol Jishui Liujun Wan for 16 weeks. The control group received only salmeterol fluticasone aerosol, taking cough episodes were recorded every four weeks, the second four weeks, and the third four weeks, the first four-stage four four weeks indicators, using statistical analysis of observation value changes. Results：Jishui Liujun Wan reduced kidney deficiency type cough variant asthma attacks, with prolonged treatment effect. Between the two groups, there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jishui Liujun Wan has significant effects on improving lung and kidney deficiency of both clinical symptoms, and can reduce the number of asthma attacks.
