摘要
目的:对桂枝加葛根汤配合颈椎整脊治疗风寒束表证颈椎综合征的疗效进行分析。方法:资料随机选自2012年7月-2013年7月本院确诊为风寒束表证颈椎综合征患者70例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组应用桂枝加葛根汤配合颈椎整脊进行治疗,对照组则采用常规治疗法进行治疗,并对两组临床疗效进行分析对比。结果:研究组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对风寒束表证颈椎综合征患者应用桂枝葛根汤配合颈椎整脊进行治疗具有显著疗效,值得临床应用与推广。
To analyze clinical effects of Guizhi Gegen decoction plus cervical chiropractic on cervical syndrome. Methods：70 patients were randomly divided into the research, given Guizhi Gegen decoction plus cervical chiropractic, and the control, given routine treatment. Effects in two groups were compared. Results：Clinical effects in the research were obviously better with a statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Guizhi Gegen decoction was confirmed with good effects on cervical syndrome, worthy of promotion.
