摘要
阐述了维修性预计的通用方法,以电动车组牵引逆变器为例建立功能层次框图和数学模型,采用时间累加法预计其维修性设计水平,并对维修性预计结果进行分析,找出其维修性设计中的薄弱环节,为牵引逆变器的维修性设计提供参考。
Basic maintainability prediction methods were introduced, function diagram and mathematical model of which was built by taking EMUs traction inverter as example. Time accumulation method was used to predict the maintainability level, the maintainability prediction results was analyzed to find the weak links in maintainability design, which provided reference for traction inverter maintainability design.
