摘要
通过分析研究医疗服务市场的交易成本与医疗信息不对称的关系,以及医疗信息披露制度在控制医疗服务的交易成本降低搜寻成本、控制信息成本、优化约束成本的作用等,以加强促进医疗信息披露制度的实施,进而有效控制交易成本的产生。同时也分析指出了医疗信息披露制度控制交易成本在规范医疗服务市场中的作用:改善患者信息劣势地位,帮助患者理性就医,构建和谐医患关系;控制药价,提升医院公益性;维护医疗秩序,促进公平竞争,提高医疗质量。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between medical service market transaction costs and the medical information asymmetry, the function of medical information disclosure system in the medical service of reducing search costs, and promoting the implementation of the medical information disclosure system was discussed. Through the analysis of controlling transaction cost, the significance of the system of medical information disclosure is in remission in patients with the information disadvantage, constructing the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients ; controlling prices, promoting the public welfare of public hospitals ; maintaining the medical market order, promoting fair competition, and improving the quality of medical care.
