摘要
突出厚煤层群采用下保护层作为区域防突措施时,上下邻近层的瓦斯大量涌入工作面而造成瓦斯浓度超限,给矿井的安全生产带来极大隐患。为了解决这一问题,乌兰煤矿在Ⅱ020703工作面采用地面钻井、高位钻孔、工作面顺层钻孔、底板穿层钻孔和采空区埋管等措施,对工作面瓦斯涌出源头进行了立体化综合抽采。试验表明,瓦斯立体抽采技术能有效地解决突出厚煤层群保护层开采时的瓦斯浓度超限问题,为其他类似条件的矿井提供了技术参考。
When the extraction of the lower protective seam is used as a regional outburst prevention measure for the group of thick coal seams, a large amount of methane in its upper and lower adjacent seams emitted into the working face, which often caused gas overrun and brought great hidden danger to the safe production of the mine. For solving this problem, three- dimensional gas drainage from the gas emission source in Ⅱ020703 working face in Wulan Mine was carried by taking some outburst prevention measures in this face including the surface boreholes, high- level boreholes, boreholes along the seam, crossing horeholes in the floor and the gob management. The tests showed that the three-dimensional gas drainage technology can effectively solve the problem of gas overrun in the extraction of the protective seam of the group of thick coal seams, and this thus provided technical reference for other mines with similar conditions.
