摘要
根据低浓度煤层气含氧液化中试装置冷箱的运行试验数据,从理论上分析了原料气甲烷浓度的波动对液化装置运行性能的影响,指出LNG中甲烷回收率对原料气甲烷的浓度比较敏感;在设计时,应考虑到液化装置可以调节冷剂循环量。如果甲烷浓度提高,则应减小原料气处理量,从而维持LNG产品的纯度和回收率;或者通过增加冷剂的循环量,提高液化装置的LNG产量,从而增加其经济性能。
In this paper, analysis was made theoretically on the influence of the variation of methane concentration in the raw material gas upon the operating performance of the liquefaction device according to the operating data of the cold box in the liquefaction pilot plant for low-concentration oxygen-contained coal-bed methane, and it pointed out that the methane recovery rate in LNG was more sensitive to the methane concentration, so consideration should be taken into the adjustment of the circulating amount of refrigerant. If the methane concentration increased, the processing amount of the raw material gas should be reduced so as to maintain the purity and recovery rate of the LNG products; or the LNG production can be increased by increasing the circulating amount of refrigerant so as to improve the economic performance of the device.
