摘要
结合石人沟铁矿巷道掘进工程,介绍了光面爆破试验情况,确定了光面爆破参数。根据现场混装炸药特点,改善了装药结构并重新计算了爆破装药量,改善了巷道掘进爆破质量,减少了掘进炮孔数量,降低了掘进成本,提高了掘进效率,取得了良好的光面爆破效果,对类似矿山巷道掘进具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
The smooth blasting tests are presented in combination with the roadway excavation engineering practice in Shirengou Iron Mine with the parameters for smooth blasting determined.The charging structure is improved and the blasting explosive is recalculated in light of the characteristics of on-site mixed explosives with better blasting quality in roadway blasting,reduction of number of excavating blast holes,lower excavation costs and improvement of its efficiency.The smooth blasting has achieved a good result,which can provide a reference and guidance for roadway excavation in the similar mines.
