摘要
高压辊磨机因具有节能、高效、维护简单等特点,被广泛用于水泥生熟料、高炉炉渣、石灰石、煤及各类非金属矿石等物料的破碎,能显著提高物料的粉碎效率,但在有色金属矿、铁矿以及各类金属矿的"多碎少磨"方面还只是处于试验研究阶段。本文通过对影响高压辊磨机性能的4个工艺参数(粒度分布、辊压、最大给料粒度、排料口间隙)进行正交试验设计,通过直接分析和方差分析讨论其对高压辊磨机单位能耗的显著性影响,得出最大给料粒度对高压辊磨机单位功耗的影响最为显著,并给出了各参数的最优取值,为高压辊磨机的工艺参数优化提供指导。
High pressure grinding roller has the advantages of energy saving,high efficiency,easy maintenance and so on.Since1985 used in industrial production,it was not only widely used in cement clinker,slag,limestone,coal and various non-metallic mineral materials,but also applied to a large number of iron ore,nonferrous metal mine and all kinds of metal mine'more crushing and less grinding'.For improving the efficiency of grinding material obviously,this paper was to analysis and discuss the different conditions of high pressure grinding roller unit energy consumption effect by direct analysis and analysis of variance,based on the impact of roller compressor performance of 4 process parameters(size distribution,rolling,feed size,maximum discharge gap)for orthogonal experimental design.
