摘要
目的探讨拟中药汤剂通腑汤对恶性肿瘤患者便秘的临床疗效。方法将58例肿瘤便秘患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组30例。治疗组采用口服中药汤剂通腑汤,对照组采用口服麻仁软胶囊治疗。治疗10天后观察2周,通过询问及记录治疗前后便次、便质、排便耗时等临床症状改善情况来判断疗效。结果两组疗效比较,总有效率治疗组为82.14%对照组为53.33%,差异有统计学意义;在症状改善方面,治疗组亦优于对照组。结论拟中药汤剂通腑汤治疗肿瘤患者便秘效果较好,可改善患者全身症状,提高生存质量。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on 58 cases of malignancy constipation patients treated with self-constructed＂Tong Fu＂decoction of Chinese medicine. Methods Patients in 58 cases were randomly assigned into treatment group（n = 28） and placebo group（n = 30）. Treatment group were conditioned with self-constructed ＂Tong Fu＂decoction of Chinese medicine,and placebo group were treated with MaRen soft capsule. After 10 days of treatment,we have observed for 2 weeks,and juged the curative effect by recording the situation of fecal frequency,stool texture,time of defecation before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was 82. 14%in the treatment group and 53. 33% in the placebo group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups. The treatment group appeared to be more efficient on symptom improvement as acceptable. Conclusion Self-constructed ＂Tong Fu＂decoction of Chinese medicine is superior on treating malignancy constipation as well as on the aspects of improvement on both symptom and the quality of life.
