摘要
本文首先对一般废水再生回用系统中盐的累积导出了一个数学模型,然后进行模型验证。试验结果表明,电凝聚法处理电镀混合废水,可使回用水中含盐量随着回用次数的增加而趋于固定值,并与按数学模型的计算值基本一致。并根据盐累积的数学模型,讨论了影响回用系统中含盐量最终值的各种因素,以及公式的用途。
A numerical model of the salt accumulation in wastewater reuse systems has been developed theoretically. It has been examined by the bench-scale tests. Results have shown that,by using the electrocoagulation method to reclaim the electro plating reclaimed wastewaters, the salinity of the reclaimed water will approach a constant time value as increasing of reusing times. The final salinity coincides basically with the calculated value from the numerical model. In addition, the paper has discussed the factros that would influence on the finaal concentration and usage of the formula.
