摘要
综述蛋白质组学在证候实质、中药方剂作用机制方面的研究进展。证候是中医学的核心内容,直接指导遣方用药,证候整体、即时和动态的复杂特性与新兴蛋白质组学的特征极其相似,认为两者有着某种内在联系和对应关系。蛋白质组学为科学地解释中医理论实质提供了可能,成为构建现代医学和传统医学相互关系的纽带。
This article summarized the research achievement of proteomics in syndrome and herbal prescription of TCM in recent years. Syndrome is the core content of TCM, which can directly guides herbal prescription. The researchers thought that proteomics and syndrome in TCM were amazing similar in the aspects of holism, instant, dynamic and complexity, there was maybe some kind of inner link and corresponding relations between them. Proteomics provide possibility on making clear the theory of TCM and become the bond between modern medicine and TCM.
