络合铁脱硫工艺在CK1井的应用 被引量:11

摘要 CK1井国产络合铁脱硫工艺是该工艺首次在国内油气田中大规模工业化应用,在生产过程中相继出现了系统硫沉积严重、溶液再生异常、药剂消耗量大等问题。针对这些问题,研究总结出络合铁脱硫工艺的各种影响因素,包括脱硫液pH值、铁离子浓度、再生塔喷射压力、脱硫液温度等,并确定了合理范围;首次提出络合铁脱硫工艺生产经验公式,用于指导络合铁脱硫工艺生产参数的合理匹配及调控,对川西海相气藏的开发及络合铁脱硫工艺在国内的推广应用具有一定的借鉴及指导意义。 It is the first time that domestic complex iron desulfurization process is used in well CK1 for large-scale industrial application in domestic oil and gas fields,in the process of production problems have appeared,such as system sulfur serious deposition,solution regeneration abnormality,great consumption of reagent and so on.To solve these problems,the study summarized the various factors affecting the complex iron desulfurization process,including desulfurization solution pH value, concentration of iron ion,regeneration tower injection pressure,the temperature of desulfurization liquid,etc,and determined the reasonable scope,at the first time proposed complex iron desulfurization process production empirical formula which can be used to guide the rational matching and control the complex iron desulfurization process parameters,which has certain reference and guidance significance for the development of the marine facies gas reservoir of western Sichuan and the popularization and application of complex iron desulfurization technology in domestic.
