摘要
目的观察自拟清热凉血化瘀方治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的临床疗效。方法将68例婴儿肝炎综合征患儿随机分成治疗组38例和对照组30例,2组患者均给予婴儿肝炎综合征的常规治疗方法,在此基础上,治疗组加予自拟清热凉血化瘀方治疗,观察2组疗效及治疗前后血清总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率84.2%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。2组患儿血清各指标治疗后均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟清热凉血化瘀方治疗婴儿肝炎综合征疗效显著,明显改善各相关指标水平,提高治愈率,缩短病程,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription on the treat -ment of infantile hepatitis syndrome .Methods 68 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome in children were randomly divided into treatment group （ n =38 cases） and the control group （ n =30 cases） ,two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of infant hepatitis syndrome ,on this basis ,the treatment group was treated by Qingreliangxue-huayu prescription .The therapeutic effect of the two groups , changes before and after the treatment in the level of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST and NO and adverse reaction were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results The total effec-tive rate in treatment group （84.2%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （63.3%,P〈0.05）;each index in serum of the two groups patients after treatment was decreased significantly compared with that before treatment （ P 〈0.05）,but the treatment group decreased significantly was greater than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The self-made Qingreliangxuehuayu prescription in the treatment of infantile hepatitis syn-drome has significant effect,can significantly improve the level of relevant indicators ,improve the cure rate,shorten the course of disease ,is worthy of clinical use .
