摘要
专利法律状态与专利质量有着密切的联系,专利质量是影响技术竞争力的重要因素。专利法律状态信息可以弥补专利申请信息的不足,全面反映技术差距、专利质量的状态。本文综合利用专利申请信息和专利法律状态信息,构建了技术构成、专利密度、相对技术优势和加权平均存活年龄多个指标,选择技术、国家、区域和申请人作为分析维度,从竞争环境和竞争实力两个层面,全面分析了我国云计算产业的竞争态势,为政策制定者制定产业政策、企业及科研机构规划技术路径和研发策略提供参考。
Patent legal status has close relationship with patent quality, which is a key factor affecting technological competitiveness. Therefore, by conducting the patent application information analysis, patent legal status information can comprehensively reflect technolog-ical development gap and patent quality status. This paper constructs indicators of technological composition, patent density, RTA, and Yaliv by using patent application information and patent legal status information and conducts a competitive situation analysis for cloud-computing industry from competitive environment and competitive power aspects, which chooses dimensions of technology, country, re-gion, and patent applicant. The research is a valuable reference for policy makers and enterprises to develop the industry policies and enter-prise technological path and R&D strategy respectively.
