摘要
目的探讨Prolift全盆底重建术联合经阴子宫全切术的护理策略。方法采用Prolift全盆底重建术联合经阴子宫全切术治疗重度盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)患者9例,对患者术前、术后护理及术后效果进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后均恢复正常,无1例复发,未发现切口感染、下肢深静脉血栓和尿路感染等与手术有关的并发症。结论 Prolift全盆底重建术联合经阴子宫全切术治疗重度POP效果良好,术前、术后的精心护理是保证手术疗效的重要措施。
Objective The research was aimed to investigate the care strategies of prolift total pelvic floor reconstruction and transvaginal hysterectomy.Methods It was applied the method of prolift total pelvic floor reconstruction combined with the transvaginal hysterectomy to treat 9patients with severe pelvic organ prolapse,and retrospectively analyzed the nursing before and after operation with the postoperative effect,respectively.ResultsAll of the patients recovered after surgery,without relapsing.We did not find any complications related with operation such as nerve injury,deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs,urinary tract infection,et al.ConclusionThe prolift total pelvic floor reconstruction combined with the transvaginal hysterectomy is an effective method in patients with severe pelvic organ prolapse.In addition,the intensive care of preoperative,and postoperative is an important guarantee for operation effects.
