摘要
建筑工程施工现场是由"人员—机械—施工环境"构成的复杂系统,几乎每一起建筑安全事故的发生都是人、机、环境等因素综合作用的结果.要创造一个安全良好的建筑施工环境,将有限的安全投资资金投入到安全管理的各个方面,可以利用模糊评价的方法系统地分析各个因素之间相互影响、相互制约的关系,最大限度地控制安全事故发生的途径,避免事故的发生,获得最大限度的安全管理效益.
The construction site is a complex system for ＂personnel, mechanical and construction environment＂, and almost every building safety accident happened results from the comprehensive effect of various factors such as man, machine, and environment. To create a safe construction environment, the limited funds of the safety investment should be put into all aspects of the safety management, which can use the method of evaluation system to analyze all factors influencing each other and restraint relationship, to find a reasonable control of the safety accidents to avoid accidents, hence it can get maximum security management efficiency.
