摘要
编辑与作者的关系是期刊工作中最重要的关系,学术期刊编辑与作者之间能否实现有效沟通,是做好编辑工作非常关键的一步.通过对期刊编辑实践的真实案例的分析,指出期刊编辑只有树立责任意识、服务意识、学习意识,才能实现与作者的有效沟通.
The relationship between editors and authors is the most important relationship in periodical work. In order to do a good editorial job, it is crucial for academic journal editors to achieve effective communication with authors. On the basis of real case analysis of journal editing practices, it is concluded that only with the senses of responsibility, service and learning, can journal editors achieve effective communication with the authors.
