摘要 结合目前中高职衔接三二分段试点工作开展,在所在模具专业开展的"学徒制"教学模式基础上,认真分析"三二分段"中职毕业生优势与特点,探讨产业转型升级大背景下,模具专业在先进制造技术、信息化控制与管理方面拔尖人才培养所需的教学方式、教学师资、教学内容和教学环境;结合企业订单,开展"专业实体"实践,通过教师、师傅的传帮带和严格的技术训练,寓教学于工作之中,注重学生能力培养。 According to the implementation of three-two-section pilot connection between secondary and higher vocational education, on the basis of the “apprenticeship” teaching mode for mold major, this paper gives a careful analysis of advantages and characteristics of secondary vocational school graduates, explores the teaching mode for training mold majors in need of topnotch manufacturing technology, information control and management under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading in terms of teaching methods, teaching staff, teaching content and teaching environment; combined with the enterprise order, “specialized-entity” practice is to he carried out through teachers and masters mentoring as well as strict technical trainings. paying attention to the cultivation of students ability while integrating teaching with work.
