摘要
随着交通量的日益增长,我国的许多简支梁桥在服役多年后出现伸缩缝破损的病害并诱发其他相关病害,严重影响交通服务功能,甚至危及交通安全和结构安全。虽然新型伸缩缝构造和材料不断出现,但是上述问题一直没有得到根本性的解决。以既有多跨空心板简支梁的无缝化改造为研究对象,以福建漳州十里桥为工程背景,利用通用有限元软件FEA对改造后全桥的整体受力性能进行分析,并提出无缝化改造方案,得出无缝化改造后,空心板梁桥的承载能力有很大提高,但支座处抗剪能力有所下降。
With the increasing of traffic volume, many of the simply supported girder bridge appeared damage on expansion joint after years of service in our country, which induced other related diseases. That influenced transportation service function seriously, even endangered traffic safety and structure security. Although the new expansion joint construction and materials appear constantly, the problem has not been solved fundamentally. The author took multi-span hollow slab beam seamlessly transform as research object, the Fujian Zhangzhou Ten-mile bridge as the engineering background. After analyzing mechanical performance of the whole rebuilt bridge by the general finite ele- ment software FEA, the author proposed a seamless retrofit scheme. Result shows that the bearing capacity of cellu- lar slab bridge was greatly improved after modification, but the shear capacity was declined.
