摘要
近年来,广州地区基坑事故主要发生在以下两个方面:基坑渗漏水引起周边建筑物沉降、地面塌陷;基坑周边既有建(构)筑物、市政管线与基坑支护结构相互影响而引起基坑产生较大变形甚至垮塌。本文结合两个基坑事故案例,对动水条件下砂层的止水问题以及基坑边已有建(构)筑物对基坑安全影响的问题进行探讨,以供在今后的基坑支护设计中参考和借鉴。
In recent years, the foundation pit accidents occurred mainly in the following two aspects in Guangzhou area: the seepage water resulted in the surrounding buildings settlement and ground subsidence, the large deformations even collapses caused by the influence between the existing adjacent constructions as well as municipal pipelines and the pit supporting structure. This paper discusses on two foundation pit accidents, that is, the sand layer sealing issues under hydrodynamic condition and the nearby constructions influence on foundation pit safety, which provide the references for foundation pit supporting design in the future.
