摘要
针对准东煤田巨厚煤层开采面临的技术问题,研究认为B1煤层适宜采用分层综放开采,具有分层数目少、掘进率低的优点;B1煤层顶煤垮落角约为80°,最大可放煤高度17.01m;考虑顶煤可充分垮落条件,计算不同割煤高度条件下的容许采放比均超过了1∶3,可按1∶3的采放比进行放煤设计;为避免下分层工作面处于上分层工作面的开采扰动区,分层厚度应大于13.84m;应适当加大首分层的厚度,分层数目不宜大于3层。
For the technical technology of extremely-thick coalseam mining in Zhundong coal-field, it was believed that slicing full-mechanized caving mining was fit for B 1 coalseam for less slicing number and low driving ratio .Top-coal caving angle of B 1 coalseam is about 80° and maximum top-coal caving height was 17.01m.Considering top-coal full caving condition , mining-caving ratio 1∶3 was de-signed for top-coal caving.For avoiding influence of upper slice mining face on lower slice mining face , slice height should be larger than 13.84 m.The height of first slice should be added and slice number should not be larger than 3.
