摘要
在国家惠农政策的指导下,安徽省蚌埠市投入专项资金,制定具体方案,稳步推进蚌埠市美好乡村建设。通过对蚌埠市美好乡村建设的现状进行调研分析,在考察规划布局、基础设施建设、完善公共配套设施、环境整治、产业发展、文明培育等方面的基础上,依据关注强度筛选出美好乡村建设的制约因素为资金、政策、产业、人才、思想认识等。针对调研中反映的问题,提出积极筹措高效利用建设资金、发展现代农业提高农民收入、破解政策瓶颈、加强基层组织建设、提升乡风文明等对策和建议。
Under the guidance of the country ,Anhui provincial and Bengbu city authority set up the special fund , developed the specific programs , and steadily push forward the good rural construction of Bengbu city .By way of questionnaire survey ,this paper analyzes the situation of beautiful rural construction of Bengbu City .Based on the planning ,infrastructure construction , improving the public facilities , environmental remediation , industrial develop-ment,civilization cultivation and other aspects ,it supposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen basic level to organize construction ,promote rural wind civilization etc .
