摘要
"能力本位"强调职业技能培养与综合能力素质培养并重。本文基于问卷调查和实地访谈,首先分析了信息管理与信息系统专业课程体系改革的必要性以及存在的问题,接着提出了基于"能力本位"的课程设置原则,并制定了课程体系改革对策。
“Competency-based” education emphasizes the training of vocational skills and comprehensive abilities. Based on questionnaires and field interviews, this paper firstly analyzed the existing curriculum problems in the information management and information system major and the necessity for reform, and then put forward some curriculum building principles based on the “competency-based” education theory, and also formulated some measures for the reform.
