摘要
针对新农村改造东木庄小区规划设计的复杂性,从理论和实践两个方面分析了小区规划设计过程中存在的问题,并从引起问题的根源出发,给出了解决问题的方案,通过采取该方案取得了较好的规划改造效果,为今后工程界解决类似问题提供了科学依据。
According to the complexity of the planning design of Dongmuzhuang residential complexes in new rural reconstruction,the paper analyzes some existing problems in the planning design process of the complexes from the theory and practice,provides the solutions and schemes from the origins of these problems,and achieves better planning and reconstruction effect by adopting the scheme,so as to provide some scientific reference for solutions to similar problems in future engineering circle.
