摘要
罗布麻茶作为别样茶中的一种,具有悠久的历史,迄今仍在民间广泛饮用。罗布麻茶具有平肝安神,清热利水等作用,且安全无毒。现代研究表明,罗布麻茶含有黄酮类、甾醇类、糖苷类、氨基酸类等化学成分,具有降血压、强心、降血脂、抗抑郁、抗氧化、免疫促进、保肝和镇静等作用。本文对我国别样茶中罗布麻茶的应用历史、化学成分以及药理作用进行整理与研究,为罗布麻资源和文化的保护、传承和开发利用提供科学依据。
Apocynum venetum tea is a kind of non-camellia tea, which hasa long history and is widely used. It is safe and non-toxic that has been used to calm liver and clear away heat. Modern research shows that Apocynum venetum tea contains chemical constituents such as flavonoids, sterols, glycosides, amino acids, etc. And it can lower blood pressure, strengthen heart, reduce blood lipid, anti-depression, anti-oxidation, enhance immunity, protect liver and relax the nerve. This review summarized the traditional application, chemical constituents and physiological activities of Apocynum venetum tea, moreover, provided evidences for better protection, inheritance, reasonable utilization and future development prospect analysis of Apocynum venetum tea.
