摘要
根据目前国内缺乏液压挖掘机在线计量装置的现状,提出了一种液压挖掘机动态称重系统的设计方案。阐述了系统的功能、工作原理、精度控制方式以及以Kane动力学方程思想为核心的动态称重的数学模型,以ARM芯片STM32F103和DSP芯片TMS320F28335为核心分别进行数据采集和数据分析的硬件、软件设计。两种芯片的结合使用使动态称重系统数据处理快速,测量精度高,可移植性和可扩展性强,具有良好的市场前景和经济效益。
As the lack of online metering device for hydraulic excavator in the domestic , a dynamic weighing system of hydraulic excavator is presented in this paper . Firstly , the system is elaborated , including system function , working principle , accuracy control and the mathematical model of dynamic weighing system which uses Kane dynamic equation . Then data collection and design of hardware and software for data analysis is researched based on the ARM ATM32f103 and DSP TMS320F28335 . With the combination of these two chips , the dynamic weighing system can process the data faster and the precision of measurement is higher . Portability and scalability of the system also become stronger . All above , the research here has a good market prospect and economic benefit .
