98例成人贫血患者的血细胞形态学诊断分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的分析和探讨成人贫血患者的血细胞形态学诊断结果及其临床应用价值。方法回顾分析98例成人贫血患者的血细胞分析、外周血涂片检查及骨髓细胞形态学诊断结果,为临床提供实验室诊断依据。结果 98例成人贫血患者通过血细胞形态学检查,结合临床资料和其他检查,确诊良性病程58例,恶性病程24例(占24.5%)。结论血细胞形态学检查结果是成人贫血病因诊断最基础的诊断依据,具有重要的临床价值。
