胰岛素抗体及其临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 在人类使用动物胰岛素治疗糖尿病后不久，便发现许多与胰岛素抗体（IAA）形成有关的免疫学现象，如胰岛素抗药性、低血糖及胰岛素过敏等。几乎所有使用胰岛素治疗的患者体内都能检测到IAA。使用外源性胰岛素治疗的患者大部分在数周后即可形成IAA，停用胰岛素后1年IAA可消失，完全消失则至少需要2年时间。本文就外源性胰岛素引起的IAA抗体及其临床意义作一综述。
