摘要
首次提出按照医院QSHE管理原则对医院风险管理档案实施规范化管理及应用的内容和方法,为医院风险管理提供了全新的视角。规范化的医院风险管理档案的管理有赖于科学的档案分类和设计,是风险管理决策科学化的基础,便于全员培训,有利于科学利用和挖掘其潜在的价值。采用信息化的手段进行医院风险管理档案的管理是今后发展的方向。
The contents and methods of hospital QSHE management principles was firstly applied in hospital risk management document and gave a new perspective of hospital risk management. The standardization of hospital risk document management depends on scientific archives classification and design, which is the basis of scientific risk management decision and helps for staff training and tapping the potential value. Risk management document managed by information technology is the trend for future.
