摘要
本文通过对新中国成立以来我国事业单位工资制度的四次改革进行分析研究,以逐步实现我国事业单位收入分配科学化和规范化的目的。
This paper analyzes and researches the four reform of salary system in public institutions since the establishment of the new China, to gradually achieve the purpose of the scientification and standardization of the income distribution in public institution in China.
