摘要
本文结合工程和生产实践，介绍了0．12～O．25mm厚极薄热镀锌钢板的生产工艺，主要介绍了开卷、焊接、脱脂、退火、热镀锌、光整、拉矫、钝化、卷取等工艺要点，以为此类产品的生产和机组设计工作提供一些参考。
The super-thin hot dipped galvanized sheet producing process of thickness from 0.12mm to 0.25mm was studied and introduced. The technology key points about uncoiling, welding, degreasing,annealing, galvani zing,skin passing, withdrawal straightening, passivating and coiling were described. It was reference for the production of this kind products.
